Example Tenancy Agreement
So you know exactly what you're signing up to, here is an example of the Assured Periodic Tenancy Agreement we use for our student houses. The final agreement for your house will follow the same format, with the specific names, dates and rent filled in.
The agreement covers the usual terms: the parties, the property, the term and rent, the deposit and the protection scheme it is held in, and the responsibilities of both tenant and landlord. A parental guarantor is normally required.
